Well, another round at the vet?s office today. Since bringing Paw here, and even while he was at the rescue, he never had a formed stool. Now, it did get a little more solid, however, not formed. So, I called Dr. Bird, the vet back last week, and he suggested we re-check his stool to make sure he didn?t miss anything. Now, there are no intestinal parasites, but he wants to treat for guardia(sp) to be on the safe side and also gave him metronidazole. Dr. Bird thinks it might be inflammatory Bowl. And, he doesn?t want me feeding raw, but this dog will not eat kibble. He also suggested putting him on a prescription diet, Eukanuba KO or FP?I don?t know. If it isn?t one thing, it?s something else, and not just with the animals. Any suggestions? Food, treatment, or otherwise. Thanks, Kathy H. -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
