I am coming in late to this Paul Upton situation with his dogs....and so I
am not up to date on this
issue so forgive my stupidity on all of what is going on......BUT.....I
think this situation should be
brought in front of the Public as much as possible. Hopefully there is
someone locally that might
be able to help with that.... ?
In our area on our local NBC News Channel....we have something called
'Channel 3 for Action'.
They have a news 'investigator' that will check into and make public
anything like this....( as that IS
what they love to do.) If someone will just make them aware of such an
impossibly Stupid abuse of
power taking place in the local area where someone is literally being
'abused' by a system or cheated
or not being taken care of in a rightful manner by a local Business or Big
National business.
Almost always when this is brought to the Public ...it is quickly resolved
by the offending party or parties
rather than face the camera and explain their stupid actions..............
We have the same service with Channel 10....which is CBS I think.
Just a thought.
