I have replied to Bob's email personally. The Futurity Chairs and myself
have followed AKC's instructions from the get go. All procedures were
followed as directed by AKC.
The situation at the two Futurities in question had circumstances which
were different resulting in decisions and action by AKC that were less
strident.

It has come to my attention that a similar situation occurred with =
Kathy Potter and Tiffany Bartley.
If this is the case why didn't the same rules that applied to the =
situation under Paul Root not apply to the winner's under Kathy =
Potter? =
I consider all parties involved as friends. But I want the same =
rules to apply equally to all. Speaking of rules. When Lew Bunch =
wrote to the AKC directly. He also broke rules and procedure. He =
bypassed the host club, he bypassed the show committee. He needs to =
be held accountable at the very least for the mishandling of this =
whole affair. And Nancy Harper also if she was part and parcel of =
the AKC involvement. I look forward to members of the list letting us =
know some facts in this matter
