Have been reading, reading, reading, all the posts on our Club's governing
body, policies, procedures and parliamentary overtures. Have learned an immense
amount of knowledge about governing a Club.
My question is this: WHO THE "H" FACILITATED THE EMPLOYMENT OF NANCY
GUTTENBERG, ET AL, FOR LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN THE "A.H." MATTER?? AND WHY DID SHE
REQUIRE ASSISTANCE OF "A.H."'s ATTORNEY IN DETERMINING THE APPROPRIATE WORDING
OF OUR CODE OF ETHICS???
Would appreciate an answer. If this has already been answered, please pardon
my inattention or laziness in not reading late/early posts before I asked this
question. You know us old "country folk" like our sleepy-time.
