[ SHOWGSD-L ] Panting

Hello
I have a male almost 12. He is a little over weight but nothing bad. I have
notice lately that has been panting a lot. He stays inside in the air, so
that is not a problem. We have a vet appointment Tuesday. Everything else is
good. He drinks plenty of water, eats great and had a checkup 5 months ago.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. I'm wondering about water around the
heart.
