Unbelievable...huh...a bit pompous it sounds like??? !!!!I just can't
believe the attitude...maybe more people have more things on their plates
than worrying about thickness of paper, entries that have the National logo,
they are so excited or nervous...this is a 1st for the Parent Club to have a
show prior...and with it being the day before...everyones nerves are
up...again...it is National Season...maybe a lesson has been learned but no
one should sound mightier than thou...there is no room for it right now
thank GOD the error was found, or the questionable error...now it needs to
be dealt with and there should be room for viable adjustments...I hope
everyone gets the entry in the way they intended and we all go and have a
great time...it's about the DOGS!

The funny part is, if everyone entered the Tuesday show, boy Bob will get
the National he wanted...hahahaha and the National will have no entry...so
glad we use an Entry Service; lets just hope they did it right although they
say they did! LOL

You are so right Kathy...I guess everyone that did it wrong is just a
certifiable moron!??
In actuality just the mear fact that SO many people (some actually very
intelligent believe it or not) selected or entered the Tuesday show should
be proof enough that there is an issue

I may very easily assume that while scrolling down that the "German Shepherd
Dog Club of American Specialty - Tues" is the National.? We do have events
that entire week don't we??? So having it say Tues is not really a reason to
think it's not the National.?? Also - if this were my first National or if I
had not entered in a long time I may just scroll down and see Rau's verbiage
and select that option because it does sound like it could be the National
specialty.?

Just because Rau technically had it right?based on the Tues/Wed indicator
does not mean they shouldn't and don't have a responsibility (as the expert
in their field) to make sure there is absolutely no confusion on their
on-line entry service on the website.???

Dick, respectfully, I disagree.
I just went to the Rau site and the DAY(S) and DATE(S) are clearly marked.
They are marked on the left hand side when you enter the "upcoming show
"section, they are marked on the premium list and they are marked on the
entry form.
THREE PLACES.
Most of us are used to on-line entry services and we've entered dogs in
clusters and know to review the dates and entries before hitting "submit".
Now, what some may not have been ready for is that this year, there is a
multiple choice...they have the option of entering a Tuesday show AND the
National, which starts on Wednesday. So, they clicked the first link, not
bothering to look at the date. I get it, but the fault does not belong to
the super.
Have you actually gone to the entry site to take a look or are you just
making the statements below based on the fact that some made errors?
