Bottom line-I wish the GSDCA or a research grant at a university or both
working together, would take every known pedigree of our dogs with EPI,
seizures, DM etc and see if we can't start getting rid of issues. DNA of rescue
dogs (no pedigree available) could be used too. GSD breeders have made a major
impact on hip dysplasia. Why not the rest?
