Hi Guys,
I have been up all night. We have a 6 month old puppy who through no fault
of the shipper or of ours is sitting
near LAX, after arriving yesterday.
She was shipped from Rome, to Amsterdam on Flight 601.
Arrived 11:50 our time PST.
She had been switched to a larger kennel, from her 400. This was a
completely unnecessary move by KLM, as
she is very petite ...meanwhile KLM AMSTERDAM LOST HER HEALTH PAPERS AND
PASSPORT, SO SHE CANNOT CLEAR
CUSTOMS IN LOS ANGELES.
I AM GETTING ONLY PLACATIONS, AND IT IS ALREADY AFTERNOON/EVENING IN
AMSTERDAM...
ANYONE WHO IS AN EXPERT IN US CUSTOMS ETC PLEASE CONTACT ME!!!
