And what a dog he is!
I've done it in "reverse" of Evan's example too ~ put a few herding titles
on while waiting for a dog to be ready to win in the breed ring.

Promise Keeper received his TC - Temperment Certificate in Sept of 2010 at
21 months old, then received his TD - Tracking Dog title in October of
2010 at 22 months old, he then went on to go Winners Dog and Select Excellent
in October of 2011 just a couple months short of three years old.
