[ SHOWGSD-L ] PROUD PARENTS FROM UTAH

It is getting late, or at least that is what my eyelids are saying...just a
quick note, before I bring in dogs and pass out...
it was with great joy, nerves, and pride that we watched our little boy,
Hunter, just now 9 in Novice Jr Handling .
He and his partner, Ch. Victory's Leviathan, absolutely floored us in that
venue, with there teamwork.
BIG ring, LITTLE boy, GREAT dog. IMMENSE APPRECIATION TO THE CROWD. WOW,
WE WERE OVERWHELMED.
Mind you Levi had been conditioned for the last couple of months to GO for
Specials....but before Specials was Jr Handling, so
"slow" was the watch word. I don't know how Levi did it, but he did..slow
and easy for his young boy, and flying and strutting for Ken
only a short bit later in Specials where he went 12th of 10 Selects. Levi
was also the oldest Special entered, at a bit over 7 years old.
I think as long as we live to show dogs, at any level ,that watching our
little boy show Levi, was without a doubt the proudest and
most memorable moment we could ever imagine.
To Mr. Bob Drescher, THANK YOU for your kindness, patience and clear love of
the Jrs.
We , as parents and friends and family of the Jrs, were blessed to have you
in that ring.
To our family and friends that worried and supported us through the class,
namely Bill Tank, Cindy Tank , Michael Zuzel, Anne Thompson, and our good
and great friend Jim Hall...(who is actually *family*, but for a
technicality of no common blood, lol)
we love you all....and I am pretty sure WE were all a wreck, and Hunter was
fine, LOLOLOL
Levi, our wonderful Nitro son, what to say about this dog? Gentle patient
teacher, SHOW dog, for both Hunter, and minutes later going
like a demon and showing his heart out, in Specials for Ken.
We wouldn't take a million dollars for him..nope .
We adore him.
Thank you to you *all* for your most kind comments about Hunter and his
performance...it means more to us than you could ever imagine.
I am tired, but will email later, love to all there, in Utah this week, and
to those that couldn' t make it, WE MISSED YOU, and it was a GREAT national.
