OR, you might prefer peaches to sour apples........in which case,
you might want to make yourself a Bellini!!
Ingredients
2 White peaches, pureed, or the equivalent frozen peaches,
or store bought peach puree
Prosecco, champagne or seltzer
Directions
Pour 4 oz. of peach puree into the bottom of a champagne flute.
Fill glass with prosecco, champagne or seltzer water.
Enjoy!
