I have been asked by several people privately WHY we should vote no... so I
shall answer online since more than 5 people have asked...
Because according to the H$U$' proposal for the White House, seeking
*national* legislation, YOU (generic you, aimed at EVERYONE who breeds ONE
litter of dogs or cats) are a "puppy mill."
"5) Puppy mills - require ALL dog and cat breeders to comply with AWA
requirements, including those who sell directly to the public..."

In fact, according to that proposal for national legislation, the only
breeders who will still be able to breed at all are those that are USDA
licensed and following AWA requirements.

Since any law proposed in NC (or miriad other states right now) is taken
directly from the H$U$' playbook, do you really think they're wanting to
stop at what you consider a "puppymill?"

They won't, they're after you too, and the sooner you realize this and take
action to stop them, the better.
