This is a dog I found on the streets. You cannot tell by the picture, =
but she was so weak she could not even run from me. She had tags and =
they were suppose to contact the owner, but when I checked my home phone =
messages yesteday I found they called me. They never called the owners. =
I am going to call them now but I just wanted to get the word out about =
this old girl in case anyone can help her.
