Any help with links or information for this gentlemen would be great.  Isn't
this very young for PF?  

Health issues: Perianal fistulas diangnosied at 20 months. Vaccines: Current
on all vaccines was heart worm tested in April of 2010 and is on a monthly
preventative.; Neutered: Yes
 
I got the dog from a private breeder in Lakeland, FL in Oct. 2008 Janice
Hicks Lakeland, FL. Sire: Justice Von-Hicks Dam: Liberity Bell Von-Hicks. 
 
Vets: Seen at Florida Veterinary Specialists and Cancer Treatment Center by
Dr. Heather Willis-Goulet, DVM DACVD. Diagnosed in August 2010. He is
finsihing up on Prednisone two, 20mg tablets every other day as about 2
weeks left. As well as  Tacrolimus (protopic 0.1%) ointments for his anal
area. Also on Fish, Duck, or Rabbit and Potato food diet by Royal Canin.
 
Just let me know what you can do and help us with. I appreciate your help
and I would be willing to bring him by to you guys so you guys can see him
and everything.

Hi Diane my name is Matthew Duink and I have a 2 year old male Germand
Shepard. He has a condition called perinal fistulas which the vets have said
was caused by a food allergy. He has to be on a very strict and expensive
diet along with medicines and ointments for his anal area. What are the
chances that he would even get adopted out being this high maintenance of a
dog? We do love him, but he is just becoming too expensive for us to afford
and want him to go to a good home that can afford him and give him
everything he deserves. If you can just get back to me with further
information I would appreciate it.  I need to consider turinging him over to
you for his medical care.
