I have always presented a picture, registration and pedigree of my bitch to the
stud dog owner and received the same back in kind along with their stud
dog/breeding agreement. No matter whether it is across border breeding or
local, it is customary trade of records very much needed for registration
purposes. When I receive stud dog records, I place them in a file with my
bitch's name on it and it will include his picture, pedigree, registration and
stud dog guarantee. These records are needed for registration application
should the breeding be successful.
When someone uses my stud, the breeding guarantee, bitch records, pic etc. are
placed in his folder.
