I've used the "Peticure" and honestly all it is is a fancy Dremel-type tool,
with a guard/cover thing over the grinding part. The guard has holes in it,
so you insert the dog's nail through the hole, and it grinds it down.
Supposedly the hole holds the nail in the correct position, etc, but I hated
it. I like being able to come at the nail from different angles with my
Dremel, so I took the guard off to use it. Once the cover was off all it
was, was a pretty poor rotary grinding tool.
It also didn't have much power, and was very pricey.
Personally I'd rather spend the money on a real, live Dremel and forget the
Peticure.
