Hi Charmaine, i have lost all my records now,since switching from AOL, but
which video did you request? If you request a video and send your nominal
shipping fee to the video owner.........you must let me know you didn't recieve
it. Otherwise i have no way of knowing.
I am sorry this has happened, but this is a new program and we will work the
bugs out, but please communicate with me any troubles as well as any positive
feedback you may have.........lets try this again and get it right this time so
your club can get the educational video.
However if it's a video we don't have in the library, we are at the mercy of
those donating graciously the use of their videos. We don't have access to all
videos that we have had requests for unfortunately.
We have had numerous requests for videos that aren't in our library and i
apologize that we can't get them all, but we are trying. Thats why i
periodically send the list out to let everyone know what we have available.

I've already requested this during the early summer. No one ever sent any
video to our club. I had informed the members we would have a video for one of
our programs and it never showed up. Can't have a video program without the
video now can we?

Instructions: When you want to borrow a video from the list below contact
the librarian at almanya@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx These videos are on loan from the
people who own them and will let clubs borrow them through the GSDCA video
exchange program. Submit your order for borrow to the librarian with your
name, clubs name and address to be sent to.......the librarian will arrange
for the video to be sent to you and your club will need to send $2.00 media
mail postage for the video to be sent to you.(The librarian will get you
the
appropriate contact info to send your check and video back to): After your
club views the video it is your responsibility to return the video to the
person who sent it to you and pay it's postage back to the owner ASAP.
***special note : this is only available to regional clubs for education,
not for individuals personal use, sorry.
***we thank the kind individuals for offering their educational videos to
this program!!
