I presently have two Canadian members who need assistance
That is $66 and $24 to mail the review - and this amount does not actually 
cover the postal 
charges and has not been raised in over 12 years. 

I will not tell you who the person is, but will tell Dania that PErson X is 
going to pay for Person Y
