This article is a good indication of how the Press has been
hoodwinked into thinking PAWS is going to solve the Puppy Mill
Problem. If enforcement in the State of PA is "far from lax", then
how are operations like these allowed to continue operating? Seems
to me the State authorities are not doing their job, and should be
called to account for it, rather than getting the USDA involved.
