Among other things, this bill amends Section 2 of the Animal Welfare Act (7
U.S.C. 2132). We need to find the original, then
do a mark-up copy, which shows all the changes PAWS is suggesting, with new
language underlined and old language
lined out. Only when you do that for every suggested change will a person
actually know what PAWS is saying. You can't
just look at the amendment and know. The amendment is not a complete picture.
