My little dog will move, bark, and jump on them. I guess this is grounds to

I’m adding this here as a warning and an example of “over the top.”
“Barking,” this appeals court ruled, is a reason for LEOs to justifiably
shoot a dog. Next, is that the reason the neighbor can too? Or the person
jogging by the yard? Over the top!
