It wasn't that many years a go that many of us had beef, pork or chicken off
a farm. Grandma used to ring chicken necks daily then pluck, grand pa smoked his
own hams, milked 100 head of cattle. (dam that milk was ggod) pasturized but not
homonized or cut. Grand ma's butter was to die for, as was her fried
chicken.

On the way to Phoenix coming from the south a little off I-10 you can see
some atrocious conditions with cattle bunched up in a small area and you can
smell the stink for miles. It is disgusting. You wonder why our Maker would
allow this to happen to defenseless animals - just for the sake of a steak.

do? Stop eating beef, chicken or pork? Chef Ramsay slaughtered his two
pigs he had named and grew last summer (all on TV). He'd never visited a
place of slaughter before and wanted to see how it was done. I thought he
was going to faint!! But, I bet he cooked them up.
