It was my intention not to say any more regarding Ms. Cooke, but there are some
things Evan says below that I do feel compelled to respond to:
1 - The issue is on the List because, instead of keeping her grievance private,
Paula posted her false accusations about me to other lists. Someone who is
also a member of Showgsd-l responded, and crossposted the response, including
Showgsd-l's address in her email.
2 - A defense by those who know better to the unfounded attacks on my honesty
and competence DO NOT put me in a bad position. In fact, they clear the air of
the lies, and I want to extend my thanks to all of those who have come forward,
publicly and privately, to refute the claims.
3 - It is incorrect that "there are hard feelings between Margery and Paula".
I have no feelings toward Paula whatsoever, don't know her, don't want to know
her. The hard feelings emanate completely from Paula, for the reasons I have
already addressed, which have nothing to do with either the GSDCA or Rescue.
It is also incorrect that "...they will work it out". There is nothing to work
out. Lies are lies.
4 - As an Administrator of Showgsd-l, I will NOT involve myself in handling
this matter. Clearly that would be a conflict of interest.
There is a great deal wrong with intentionally spreading malicious, untrue
remarks. It is unfortunate that that those got here, since they clearly belong
only in private, if at all. However, I did not put them here.

I am not sure this belongs on the List for a number of reasons. First of
all, Paula Cooke is not on the List, she has been removed. So, posting to the
List about her is of no use. Second I did think we were not supposed to make
personal attacks on the List. This also puts Margery in a difficult position
when someone tries to praise her for her hard work, and includes a personal
attack on another.
I know Margery as an administrator will handle this, and I was surprised to
see it. I know there are hard feelings between Margery and Paula, and I expect
they will work it out, without using the List for attacks. If someone has
something to say to either of them, it can be done directly, and need not be
on this List.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
