Not casting aspersions on anyone. I must have worded that badly.
Simply saying that a rule is a rule. If there is to be no penalty for
breaking a rule, then the rule should not be there. In any group that
we enter, whether it be a club, a list, judging, registering a dog, etc.,
we proclaim that we will abide by the rules of that group. Granted,
some rules can be broken by mistake with no intention of wrong-doing.
However, it is still a broken rule and the penalty is still called . These
are based upon the assertion that a person who breaks a rule of one
may well break those of any other. Certainly that would not apply to
most, but the penalty must apply to all. Hope that' s more clear.

The expulsion from the List may or may not have been warranted, but this post
raises other issues.
What could possibly be the motive behind this casting of aspersions on
"people's" judging? Does this person think all the dogs put up by "these
people" are
unworthy? If so, name names, shows, and dates and don't hide behind
generalities such as "If they are biased in any area, they are biased in all".
According to this "logic", say, if any one of us has ever shaded or
exaggerated the truth a bit, or ever told a white or small lie, or ever not
been 100%
truthful in every single statement we have ever made, then we cannot be trusted
in anything at all in life - certainly not to be truthful when signing the
rules of the List. So, we all should take ourselves of it now, since we
obviously lied when agreeing to the rules....
