So I was told. I was totally disgusted, and the board wasn't even asked.
I sort of felt it was a terrible decision, but one made for the club. Now
when asked to settle, the majority of the board voted to go forward in, (as
expected) a closed meeting.
All the rules, the by-laws, the New York law and Roberts require that the
vote be made known to the membership. Let's see if they do it right.
