Many years ago when Helen Fisher was Pres. I submitted a petition =
for one person one vote. I still believe simplicity is best. It was =
rejected out of hand. Without even a discussion by the board. I was =
told that was because it was not a By-Laws change. Can you imagine =
our Presidential elections with a weighted ballot.There will always =
be complaining about the judges no matter what the method.
