...There was a Board member who resigned from the board before his/her term was
over...and I was told that the grid-lock and frustrations of getting anything
meaningful done was one of the problems....I say we have TOO MANY BOARD
MEMBERS....too many cooks in the kitchen can screw up the dinner!..( my wife
can screw up dinner all my herself, who ever heard of an Italian that can't
cook?).I will look very carefully at who we elect this term...and if it's the
same old thing......I'm keeping my 66 dollars...Ed Hill
