Just got a call from Laura on her way to Tucson with 8 dogs in her
motorhome.
She's been sitting off the freeway in Indio for 2 hours with a blown front
tire!!!! Sure wish there was some way to alert people heading that
direction about the situation, but she says that maybe the 'service' will be

soon. He promised 10-20 minutes 2 hours ago! Called again and it'll be
another hour!
Tedi just called, they got there and she doesn't want to leave the room, it
is over 90. I wanted to go, but can't leave. I have a trial on Monday, then
a big medical malpractice trial to begin on Wednesday, and I AM NOT READY.
Carrie was headed to Tucson and at the last minute a judge ordered her into
court this morning, so she just ran through at 2:00 in her suit, and was about
to load all five kids, three dogs, four adults and suitcases into two cars
and head East. She will be in Tucson by midnight, I figure.
Someone on the way to Indio will see Laura, there are a bunch headed
there. I wish I were going, but I hope everyone has a great time without me.
Come to think of it, that might make it more fun for everyone else.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
