and did anyone give the people taking the survey a basic geography test??
The actual center (east/west) of the country is on a line running n/s from
Dallas/Wichita.
Somehow distance only matters counting from east heading west rather than west
heading east.

Nope.... it is all based upon the 2004 membership survey. It divides Ohio into
1/2 East and 1/2 Central.
