While the name sounds like something that is waiting on the street corner
for you after midnight, it is actually a French - Canadian delicacy which is
sure to clog your arteries but sate your appetite. I'll give you a hint -
one of the ingredients is....potatoes.
As soon as you eat your 'poutine' you will automatically be enrolled in the
Canadianized Americans club and will greet all your friends with "Have a
good day, EH!"
