[ SHOWGSD-L ] Official Ballot - help

Hi , I rec'd my official duplicate ballot today as I have never rec'd the first
one sent out. I hope I'm not reading this wrong, was there suppose to be 2
official ballots in the package? One for choosing the judges and one for the
GSDCA Officers??. If so, I only rec'd the ballot for the Officers. Could
someone shed some light on this? Also, it says the deadline is midnight on Oct
12th. My ballot will never be rec'd by then. No way. What happens in that case?
