An exhibitor no longer needs to qualify under three (3) different judges to
get an obedience title. It is now two (2) different judges. There are many
clubs now that have the same judge for two of their trials.

At a upcoming specialty show and trial I noticed for the trial they have the
same judge listed for both the am and pm trial. What is the point of that? I
haven't shown in obedience since 1990. I did get a new rule book but so far
