Yes. No white GSD is eligible for OV. I had specifically asked that question
to GSDCA.
Any OV must have a placement ribbon from AKC conformation or have passed an AKC
judge inspection and be deemed to not have any Disqualifying faults....
The explanation I received was that all the OV dogs/bitches
(con/obed/herd/agility) should be the cream of the crop for breed and have no
disqualifying faults.
But, a white GSD can still earn a PAM which would be cool to see!
