Here's what bothers me about this law from my home town......Oakland, the city
where I was raised has a crime rate going out of sight, the public high school
drop-out rate is OVER 50%, at the Raider game Sunday 30 folks were arrested and
one person was STABBED!...but they want to limit dog ownership to
3............another great line from "Godfather III"....".politics and
crime....its the same thing".....me wonders...the movie I saw was not that

The only up side is it is only a number requirement and those people that
have more than the new limit of 3 dogs are grandfathered.
Oakland now joins Berkeley and San Francisco as large Bay Area cities that
limit dogs to 3. Most small cities have already done that and some of the
counties, too.
