I do believe that the Review advertising is OPEN to all breed, specialty and
working dogs. When I advertise I don't advertise to try and influence judges. I
advertise to show the fancy what my lines are producing and because I am proud
of my breeding program. The last time I specialed an all breed dog seriously,
he was #3 defeating 1000 German Shepherds that year without one ad in the all
breed magazines. I did advertise him in the Review however.
If a judge needs help and has to read the Chronicle to see who he should put up
shouldn't be judging German Shepherds.
I love to look at the ads, no matter what venue the dogs come from and All
exhibitors who have great dogs, no matter where they are successful need to
support our Review. I would love to see the Winner's page back, for maybe $25
to advertise titles with a picture of your dog, maybe eight to a page.
A good dog is a good dog and a good judge can find them without the help of an
ad.

Interesting choice of words. Who is OUR?? I made a comment the other day about
members advertising in the Review. Some replies were "why would any breeder of
an All/Breed GSD advertise in THE REVIEW". The same applies for the working
dog breeders.
Seems that All the Ads are Specialty!! Are we dismissing the ALL/BREED? Are we
dismissing the Working Dogs??
I thought the whole purpose of the GSDCA was to promote the BREED; that
should incompass the entire BREED and all that it stands for. Will the World
Trials advertise in the GSDCA.
We have articles on herding, obedience, tracking, rescue, so there must be an
interest in these areas. We see lots of notices of All/Breed wins on Da List
GSD SITE and German shepherds4show. Any one got any idea how many All/BREED
people are on the BOARD?? I don't, but have a feeling that the ALL/BREED
Members and the Working Members of the GSDCA may be supporting more than
their fair share of expenses dedicated to the SPECIALS
