[ SHOWGSD-L ] OT...Cat question

I know many of you have cats,too. My 11 year old CalicoCat (byb....well,
maybe alleyway breeder LOL) has been in great health all her life, except for
some bouts of constipation (and the usual furballs...but not too many of
those).
I usually got her through the constipation by giving her a bite of butter
for a few meals, or the juice from a can of tuna in water. (Whatever
worked:-)
This time seems to be a bit more difficult (all the way around!). Any home
remedies? TIA And private is great...this is a DOG list, I think <VEG>
