[ SHOWGSD-L ] OT computer help

I need some ideas as to why when I try to purchase something thru pay pal -
I click on it to bring the order up - I always get a message saying this
page can not be displayed. Sometimes when person sends a picture imbedded
in an email it will not display also. (not all the times)
Anyone have any ideas? there a couple of things I would like to order but
can not do so because I can not pull up the pay pal or visa/mc order
