Speaking only for myself , it is not about glee for the situation...there
will be NOTHING that can bring back Ron Goldman, or OJ's wife. There is
nothing that can replace his children's father, who has now, not only evaded
a double murder conviction (and you would think he would have "chilled"
after that, and done something with his life) but worked actively to defraud
the Goldman family out of their civil decision to his estate...it doesn't
give his kids a decent person for a father, it doesnt' erase his arrogance
and entitlement to his pathetic life post 1994. It doesn't take away
Johnny Cochran, his attorney, looking at the Goldman's when the "Not Guilty
" verdict was announced in the murder trial ...and him the equally arrogant
SOB saying to Mr Goldman "GOTCHA" while making a firing pistol gesture with
his hand.
It is not that any of this, so poorly prosecuted that makes what came in
Las Vegas, at this time, the armed holding of , and strong armed robbery of
people OK...let's pretend we have all forgotten the MASSACRE of 1994, that
took place that he "didn't" do. Even if all he did was hold people against
their will, at gunpoint, with conspiracy, and accessories in cahoots in
order to STEAL from them...that is good enough.
Today was showing his true colors...a street punk . that will never change.
Today was a teeny bit of justice for the Browns and Goldmans who lost
unimaginably and can NEVER get back....
Today was Kharma, or "one for the little guy"...and any of us could be the
"little guy" at any moment.
Personally, I am glad the arrogant bast*** is going away...I feel for his
family, friends. But let us remember..HE chose to put them in that
position...so HE finally gets to pay a partial price. So Evan you will have
to excuse me if I smile, and feel that maybe, just maybe our criminal
justice system got it right...God Bless the Goldmans, the Browns....and
yes.. I am happy that idiot is going away..hopefully not to come out, on
other than a gurney.
