Hi everyone,
I am asking for prayers for my husband who works in the US Embassy in
Tblilsi, Georgia. As you probably know, Russia invaded Georgia on Thursday
and the fighting has escalated. He was unable to get a flight out of the
country on Friday night as Turkish airlines had cancelled all flights.
To make the timing worse, I had reservations to go to Tblisi on August 18th
for a one month stay with my husband and had already taken my dogs to their
boarding kennel. Somehow I am getting the message that I wasn't supposed to
make the trip.
Needless to say, I am extremely worried about my husband's safety.
