[ SHOWGSD-L ] OK here's a concept...

What if and I say what if...cause we are all throwing ideas out on the table
and that's how good things come from them...
If we are in a shortage of membership...for whatever the reason is...and we
decided to have the "whites" be part of our club...
how many members would that bring in??? How about, including the good people
such as some on the list with great capabilities
to do things, that some of you "old timers" don't want to do anymore...and each
new member has to join a committee and do
something, a mentoring program would take effect...and then we would have more
people doing things, learning about our "colored"
dogs and maybe JUsttttttttttttttttttttt maybe......................some of them
may want to change their ideas and invest in a colored one to
show; without incorporating it into their whites...and show and have a GOOD
TIME...you know like with all the fun after show bbq's, parties and
picnics....maybe just maybe there are some good people out there. Instead of
making this all sound so segregated...try to help, change and teach
people with all good intentions...maybe it would come back to us in
return...maybe this is another reason our membership is getting smaller.
Give me a few reasons this isn't a decent idea...just for discussion...
