My flight for early Friday morning was cancelled
They rebooked me Thursday night on a 4pm flight to ATL with a connect to St
Louis. not so bad. Got to the Airport. Hubby waited for me to learn if I
would have seats on the flights, and left for work.
They sent me through security
Then the plane was delayed from 4 to 5p. Still could make the connection
to the STL flight as it was 31 minutes to go between planes - doable if
they drove me.
Fine. Then they tell me that the ATL to STL flight is overbooked by 25
people and I have no seat. So why send me through security?
At 6pm, the flight was finally going to leave and there was no way anyone
on that plane was going to make their connecting flights so we should all
come back Saturday. I had no way to get home from the airport
WEll, the flight on Saturday arrived at 11:45 AM - and the meeting starts
at 8am so by not going I saved the Club Money on my room and the flight.
The Board is touring Purina and having lunch break. The conference call will
reconvene shortly
