That is unbelieveable!
Our Vet does hips/elbows (computerized) and does them awake...
sends in the x-rays....all for $200.00.
And no BS about exams and lab work.

I have heard others talk about the cost of going to the
vet for routine things us breeders do ........... it may be time to move lol

I have a GSD that I want to x-ray hips/elbows on, so I called my vet who I have
been dealing with for 10 + years to ask for a quote for OFA x-rays well I was
shocked to learn that x-rays were $461 plus a check up at $75, oh and it also
was their suggestion that I run blood work at another $300 to make sure she is
healthy enough to be put under for x-rays, (excuse me but this is a healthy 2
year old) oh and than the cost of the OFA itself is on top of that.
