  This is not necessarily a reliable factor either.  If I don't keep it then 
a puppy gets sold as a pet.  My pet people don't exray and I certainly don't 
ask them to spend the money it would cost to do so.  There fore looking up my 
dogs and the ofa cite would make it appear as tho the relatives have poor hips 
because there is no ofa number
