I am lost on this one. I don't give a whit is anyone who does not know
German shepherds sees my dogs or not. I am not in the sport to educate the
general public. I leave that up to our parent club, the AKC, and some other
institution. When I sell a pet, the general public decides if the dog is any
good or not. They don't care who wins at an all-breed or who wins in any
dog show.
I want to improve the breed, exhibit my dogs to the judge, and if doing so,
I win, that is how I keep score.
I want to go to a show and see my friends, make some new ones, and have a
good time. I don't want to go to a show, show at 10:00 a.m. leave by
10:30, or wait five hours for the group, where a judge does whatever is in
their
head.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
