I'm sorry Kris, I do not remember you ever making that suggestion. I just
remember being told it was illegal in the state of NY. If I remember
correctly I wanted to include it to send to the Board for discussion and you
discouraged that at which point I decided to remove that wording.
It certainly would be a good idea to send it to the anti-trust department in
NY to get their opinion on it. It could be added in later if the Code
passes or incorporated in a new code if it doesn't pass.
