If folks think the animal competition world is weird, try the beauty pagents.
My daughter competed in the Miss Pre-teen America contest. And, a friend's
daughter competed in the Miss Teen America contest. Talk about cit-throat.
They have the same "enhancement" rules we do. Coulda fooled me. These girls
are dyed, tweezed, boosted, and padded. They wear more make-up than a drag
queen. It is ridiculous. The parents are evil and will go as far as food
poisoning a girl who is favored. In my daughter's case, these were 9-12 year
old
girls. The sad thing is the parents taught their girls the art of intimidation
and the girls were as bad as their parents. These people make soccer Mom's
look like angels. No, we are not unique. Maybe just a bit crazy, lol!
