[ SHOWGSD-L ] Not Dog related - or?

For some time now I have been wondering what you all think of the imports of
any kind that have swamped our country. I am expressly talking about those
items imported from China. In my experience I have returned numerous items
that were "Made in China", anything imaginable. Everything so far that I
have bought was inferior to the point that it was not usable. I spent more
time in line for a refund than I do shopping. Problem is you can hardly find
anything that is not made in China. It may be cheaper and perhaps that is
why people buy these things, however, in the long run it costs you more just
to replace them. What are they thinking up there letting all this garbage
into this country and expecting us to accept it? No griping, letter writing
or talking directly to the CEO's has helped to put a stop to it. I guess
they get paid pretty well for this. Obviously those in charge of
Export/Import should be held accountable.
