I don't believe we divide the country into NE, SE, UMW, LMW, NW and SW. It
is merely east, mid, and west. I remember the last time we were in Philly
(1989?) it was difficult and we didn't have the extra events which we now
have.
I believe there is also a bigger problem, at least in parts of the east,
with union labor being required. But maybe that has changed.
