My non-doggy man did this for me once but it was driving a boarding=0D
bitch and my male to the vet for insemination. Then the next day, he=0D
brought them back home in the back of the truck (with the cover on).=0D
They tied in the back of the truck and it was so hot outside, he tried=0D
to give them water but they wouldn't drink :-). He pulled the truck=0D
in the garage where it was a bit cooler until they were 'finished'.=0D
One I'll never forget and I must remember to be grateful for the times=0D
he has 'helped' even when he doesn't particularly like dogs.=0D
