Or tattooed as they just need identification. I am not trying to convince
anyone
not to use a microchip but just proven facts that were found why not too.
Microchips
migrate to other places so it can take longer in certain cases to produce
cancer. Genetics
can plays a roll in certain cancers but not all of them. I do not want my GSD
to be lost at
a young age so will protect them anyway I can but do not expect others not to
follow what they
believe is best for their dog.

I know GSDs that have been tattooed that lasted a lifetime
and that was into their
teens. It is all of who you have do it as just like with
people they can fade. My fathers
tattoo gotten as a young adult never faded in the 76 years
he lived. He did not die of
cancer either.
